Now that you know a little about me, imagine coming home to your dream home and, both inside and outside, all you see is beauty, comfort, and sunshine. The 17 Villages of Lakewood Ranch, Downtown Sarasota, and the coastal areas of Sarasota are the areas that I know, love, and am engrained in.

I am a Southwest Florida real estate professional with Coldwell Banker and a proud member of the Global Luxury Group—which means I manage large and complex transactions. I am a Mid-Western Girl, but from the time my grandfather was mayor of Naples, Florida, I knew Southwest Florida would someday be my permanent home. I moved to St. Pete Beach in 2005 and relocated to Lakewood Ranch in 2008 where my husband and I now enjoy living, working, and playing!
My Masters’ Degree in Business and Marketing coupled with my experience as a Fortune 500 sales executive, arms me with the knowledge to handle complex situations and negotiations. When buying, I know how to prepare the most attractive offer that my clients need in this challenging Florida market. When selling, I manage the advertising, staging, and closing. Oh – and I have my own professional Real Estate Photographer/Videographer/Drone Pilot that helps me make your home shine!
