    Florida is hot and humid and therefore our homes must be continuously monitored for problems that can occur with air conditioning, insects, rodents, mold growth, storm damage. Facilities such as plumbing can create problems when not used on a regular basis or checked for leaks. Therefore, it is crucial to have someone watch over and take care of your home while away.

    Home Watch Service Includes:

    Verify doors and windows security

    Visual inspection of exterior

    Check screened enclosures

    Check for vandalism

    Inspect for water leaks or water damage

    Visually inspection for evidence of pests

    Visually inspect pool, lawn and landscaping

    Run faucets and flush toilets

    Check electric panel for tripped breakers

    Check HVAC and reset thermostat if needed

    Water plants if requested (may require multiple monthly visits)

    Retrieval of mail, newspapers, flyers

    Bring in packages

    Inspect for storm damage

    Check/turn off main water valve after each inspection (if requested by Client)

I pay special attention to home temperature, moisture, and well-functioning air conditioning, gutters, roofs, plumbing and irrigation.     Low cost and no binding contracts

    My pricing is available upon request, but I commit to you economic and competitive pricing. With Realty Mere, Home Watch, we (together) come up with a price per service event and I invoice you monthly per the number of actions. There are NO binding contracts. You tell me what is needed per month and we create a price sheet for invoicing.
