Listing your rental, I market your property professionally, manage background checks, and craft the lawyer approved lease.
I know Sarasota County and Manatee County in and out, and know the right locations and the right properties that will make a great investment, either as a rental property or as a longer term investment in areas that are on the verge of turning over or are have strong increase of equity promise.
I know Sarasota County and Manatee County. I will never suggest a place in a location that I do not have intimate knowledge of. Also, if you are renting from afar, I will go see the property for you and video it to ensure it meets all your needs.
I know the pluses and minuses of living near the water in warm, humid climates. I understand the main structures of your home that can be impacted by storms and high temperatures. I pay special attention to home temperature, moisture, gutters, roofs, plumbing and irrigation.
